According to Mr. Le Anh Quan, the program's activities will directly accompany young people with dreams, who know how to overcome difficult circumstances to rise up in life, helping them on the path to making their dreams come true.

“Lighting up the dreams of Vietnamese children” is a humane program of the Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneers Organization to honor team members and children with excellent achievements in studying, training and participating in team activities; at the same time, it is also an opportunity to share, encourage and support children in especially difficult circumstances to continue to excel in their studies and continue their journey to fulfill their childhood dreams.
