The Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hai Ninh commune, Bac Binh district, together with Thien Quang Minh Trading and Service Company Limited (Vo Xu town, Duc Linh) recently presented 50 gifts, each worth 500,000 VND, to disadvantaged students in the locality.
Here, the delegation members asked about the health and study situation of the students. They encouraged them to try to overcome difficult circumstances, study hard, and train to become good citizens, contributing to society.
Previously, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Suoi Kiet Commune, Tanh Linh District also coordinated with the volunteer group "Happy Kitchen, Spreading Smiles Together" (from Ho Chi Minh City) to organize a buffet party for 500 children in Village 2, most of whom are ethnic minorities. Participating in the program, the children enjoyed their favorite dishes such as skewers, fried rice, spring rolls, fried noodles, sticky rice... prepared by the group members.
These activities have practical meaning in sharing difficulties with poor children, helping them have more joy and motivation to improve in life.
