Awarding “Most Loved Brand on ShopBack Vietnam 2023”

ShopBack Vietnam is organizing the first “Most Loved Brand on ShopBack Vietnam 2023” award ceremony to honor partners with products and services that have won the trust of users over the past year.

Through this event, ShopBack Vietnam, the leading shopping cashback platform in the Asia- Pacific region, also introduced a series of new features and solutions to optimize business efficiency for partners and enhance the shopping experience of users in the last six months of 2023.

Founded in 2014, ShopBack Group has connected 15,000 online partners and stores with 38 million users across 10 markets, including Singapore, Thailand, Australia, Korea, Indonesia, Vietnam... In addition, ShopBack Group also continues to develop new business models in the financial sector, including payments with ShopBack Pay and "buy now - pay later" ShopBack PayLater.

After a month of opening the online voting portal (May 9 to June 9) through the favorite brand voting form, ShopBack officially announced the list of eight award categories, including seven categories honoring partners (including Traveloka, Estee Lauder, Shu Uemura, Uniqlo, Samsung, Nestle, Lazada) and a special category - "Most Favorite ShopBack Feature" which is "Follow Favorite Store".

At the event, ShopBack Vietnam announced new and upgraded solutions such as Brand Support Solution and Profit Margin Commitment, Upgrade Challenge feature that allows order growth and customer reach for each separate category, new feature "Search" on ShopBack platform that allows displaying advertised keywords, displaying brand banners for each specific campaign and Survey feature with many approaches from analyzing user portraits, introducing new products with samples or discount codes, to other goals depending on partner requirements.

Entering the Vietnamese market in 2020, ShopBack has recorded impressive business growth. ShopBack Vietnam currently works with more than 400 partners across a wide range of industries and serves more than three million active users, with double-digit growth compared to the same period in 2022. Mr. Jacky Ha, General Director of ShopBack Vietnam, shared: "This is an opportunity for us to honor outstanding brands and recognize their positive contributions to users throughout the year.
