The trend of checking in inside Tam Thang Tower in Ho Chi Minh City is causing a stir online.

(Dan Tri) - Last week, Tam Thang Tower - a new highlight at Bai Sau Park (Vung Tau ward, Ho Chi Minh City, formerly Vung Tau city) - became a check-in spot attracting young people.

Previously, following the "Dali Slope" trend, many people chose to photograph from a distance to capture the entire tower. Recently, however, young people have sought out a new experience by walking among the Three Victories pillars to create unique and different angles for their photos.

The wide-angle shots inside the tower not only highlight the scale of each pillar but also convey a modern, dynamic feel, perfect for creative young people.

Many people commented that the combination of unique architecture and natural light is an endless source of inspiration for creating photo shoots. Some even said they stayed from afternoon to evening to take pictures from daylight to night, when the tower was brilliantly illuminated with colored lights, resulting in vibrant images.

Returning to the Tam Thang Tower area on the weekend, Mr. Hoang (Nha Be Ward, Ho Chi Minh City) was surprised to see the tower transformed into a giant outdoor "studio." Young people were posing on each pillar, hoping to create photos that were both unique and artistic.

Mr. Hoang was one of the first to spread this trend. When he first visited the tower, he didn't intend to take photos, he just wanted to sightsee. He recounted: "Only when I stepped inside the tower did I understand the architect's intention. It felt like I was standing in the heart of a city with many modern skyscrapers, one of the things our country is striving for in this era of development."

After being posted on social media, his photo series received over half a million views and thousands of comments, with many people eagerly making plans to visit and check in at the Tam Thang Tower.

According to Mr. Hoang, taking photos inside the tower is completely different from taking photos from the outside. Angles from floor to ceiling showcase the architecture, and natural light combined with mosaic tiles further enhances the visual effect. The ideal time is from 11 am to 2 pm, when there are fewer people and the light is good.

"If you understand architecture, almost every angle is beautiful. Dark, dynamic clothing will help you stand out in the modern space of the tower," suggested Mr. Hoang.

Furthermore, he expressed his wish for the tower area to have security guards or cleaning staff on duty. Just a few days after the ceremony, when he returned, the interior of the tower was littered with trash. In addition, the tower is divided into many columns, obstructing the view, which could easily lead to inappropriate behavior.

"Having security guards on duty continuously will help maintain a safe space and keep the tower clean, creating the best conditions for visitors to experience and take photos," Mr. Hoang expressed.

As a native of Vung Tau, Nguyen Duy Khoi (born in 1996) also expressed pride in this new structure. Over the weekend, he visited the Tam Thang Tower to take photos and check in, following the new trend on social media.

According to Anh Khoi, when he arrived around 1 PM on Saturday, the space was still quite comfortable for taking good photos. However, by around 5 PM, the tower became very crowded with many young people coming to check in.

Commenting on the building, Khoi shared: "When photographed from a low angle looking up, the architecture appears even more imposing, as if reaching straight up to the sky. The dominant white and gray color scheme, combined with sunlight, highlights the solemnity and elegance of the building. The spacious square, paved with clean stone tiles, also makes the experience of visiting and taking photos more airy."

The Tam Thang Tower, along with 12 other attractions in Bai Sau Park, became a major draw for thousands of tourists during the National Day holiday on September 2nd. Nearly a year after construction, the tower was put into operation, becoming a highlight in the more than 17,000m² square.

The tower's architecture mimics the prow of a ship sailing out to sea, evoking the historical story of the three villages of Thang Nhat, Thang Nhi, and Thang Tam - places associated with the task of protecting the southern sea and islands.

143 reinforced concrete pillars, ranging in height from 4.55m to 34m, are arranged in triangular rows and combined with mosaic tile surfaces, creating a stunning lighting effect both day and night. When illuminated, the tower shines brightly like a vibrant "forest of lights".

The square also features a musical fountain stage, a fountain area, a scenic viewpoint, an underground service area, etc., with a total investment of over 1,100 billion VND, and the Tam Thang Tower alone being a key project with an investment of 155 billion VND.
