Representatives of the People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Phuoc Long commune attended the launching ceremony of the "Lottery for Love" model.

At the beginning of the model, the Commune Youth Union invested its own capital to buy 280 lottery tickets. Ticket sales are organized once a week, for the Saturday draw and start selling from Thursday morning. Different from the usual way of selling lottery tickets, the model applies the form of online sales, posting lottery tickets on social networking platforms and using QR codes for buyers to pay online. This is a way that is suitable for the digital transformation trend, both convenient for buyers and expanding accessibility.

To ensure publicity and transparency, Phuoc Long Commune Youth Union opened a separate bank account for the model. All transactions are made through this account, absolutely no cash is accepted. This method not only helps manage revenue effectively but also creates trust for donors and the community when participating in support.

The model uses QR codes for buyers to pay online.

All profits from lottery ticket sales are used by the Commune Youth Union to support union members, youth and students in difficult circumstances in the area. Each month, the model gives at least 2 gifts or scholarships, each worth 500,000 VND, to help them excel in their studies and life. Although the amount is not large, it is a practical and timely encouragement, demonstrating the spirit of sharing and love of Phuoc Long youth with those in difficult and disadvantaged circumstances.

Mr. Nguyen Trung Nguyen, Secretary of the Youth Union of Phuoc Long commune, shared : " The model has received support and sympathy from society. This is a source of motivation for us to continue to maintain it, and at the same time, we have a plan to increase the number of lottery tickets in the coming time to be able to help more difficult circumstances."

Although newly formed, the model quickly created a positive effect, attracting the attention and support of cadres, union members, youth and people.

The model of “Lottery tickets for love” is not only a creative way of doing things in the Youth Union but also a proof that small actions still bring great spiritual value. From familiar lottery tickets, the youth of Phuoc Long commune send a humane message: “Give love - Receive trust”. Each ticket sold not only carries the hope of winning, but also contains the community’s belief in kindness, spreading sharing to those in difficulty.

The model of "Lottery tickets for love" has become a positive highlight, contributing to fostering the spirit of volunteerism, arousing community responsibility and affirming the role of the Youth Union in caring for social security.
