Early in the morning of September 10, the Hanoi Department of Transport issued a notice restricting traffic on Chuong Duong Bridge. Specifically, from Hoan Kiem to Long Bien: passenger vans, contract vans, and tourist vans with more than 9 seats are prohibited; trucks with a load capacity of more than 0.5 tons are prohibited; buses are allowed to operate.
Passenger cars, contract cars, tourist cars with more than 9 seats, and trucks over 0.5 tons are prohibited from crossing Chuong Duong bridge from 8:30 this morning.

Passenger cars, contract cars, passenger cars over 9 seats and trucks with a tonnage of over 0.5 tons wishing to go through Chuong Duong Bridge circulating according to the bridges: Thanh Tri, Nhat Tan, Vinh Tuy and Thang Long.
