The "Lighting Up Rural Roads" project in Na Bon hamlet installed 42 streetlights along a 1.4 km stretch of road, costing 60 million VND, funded by contributions from the staff and teachers of Hoa An High School. The project has practical significance for the residents of the hamlet, not only ensuring security and traffic safety in the area but also creating a new atmosphere for the rural area and positively changing the appearance of Na Bon hamlet.
The Ma Quan suspension bridge project is 82 meters long and 2.5 meters wide, with a total investment of over 4.1 billion VND from the local budget. Construction began in December 2024 and was completed at the end of July 2025, four months ahead of schedule. The completed bridge connects Ma Quan hamlet with other hamlets and residential areas in Hoa An commune and Na Lu hamlet (Thuc Phan ward), creating favorable and safe conditions for people and vehicles to travel across the bridge, helping residents feel secure in their work and production, and contributing to promoting economic , cultural, and social exchange among the people.
These two projects are of great significance, celebrating the First Congress of the Hoa An Commune Party Committee, term 2025-2030, improving the quality of life for the people, building a safer and better living environment, and contributing to realizing the goal of building Hoa An commune into a rapidly and sustainably developing area.
