The contest aims to continue promoting the emulation movement of "good teaching, good learning", recognizing and honoring good teachers, and replicating advanced models.

Along with that, the Contest creates a basis for building and perfecting training plans, fostering the teaching staff, motivating lecturers to strive, promoting the emulation movement of good teaching, good research, creating a forum for staff and lecturers to learn and exchange experiences in training, fostering and scientific research.
