Truong Giang was criticized for 'show-offing while his wife gave birth alone', his brother explained

Sharing on his personal page, Mr. Quang Vu - brother and manager of actor and MC Truong Giang - frankly shared little-known stories about the two times Truong Giang let Nha Phuong go to the hospital to give birth alone.

He said he had to speak up because many people thought that Truong Giang took on too many shows so he didn't have time to give birth with his wife.

Truong Giang was tormented for not being present both times his wife gave birth.

According to Quang Vu, the management company scheduled Truong Giang to take time off to give birth with his wife, but the expected birth dates of the actor's two children were different from the actual birth dates:

"Before giving birth, the doctor usually announces the expected date of birth, the management company relies on that expected date and arranges Giang's work schedule, giving her a week or 10 days off so that Giang can take her to give birth. But both babies avoid the schedule I made, one was late, the other was early."

Truong Giang's brother spoke up about the actor being said to be "career-hungry and neglecting his wife".

Mr. Quang Vu also confirmed that Nha Phuong has never had to go to the hospital to give birth alone and Truong Giang asked for leave to take care of his wife:

"For our first child, Destiny, my husband and I took Phuong to give birth. For the second child, Giang took Phuong to the hospital and then called me to ask for leave from filming.

But with hundreds of people involved and a huge amount of money for the production, how can we ask for a day off? I just encouraged him to try to go shoot and then come back to his wife and kids in the evening."

He also encouraged his younger brother not to think too much or worry about gossip because "children are a gift from God, and mother and child being healthy is happiness."

Previously, Truong Giang shared in a program that he was very tormented when he was not present at the hospital twice when his wife gave birth:

"My wife gave birth to two children but none of them were born yet. I was in the hospital holding my wife's hand. I stood on the filming stage and wanted to cry, but I couldn't because the camera was recording. My heart was pounding.

You know, birth and death are close together. We don't know anything.

Truong Giang and Nha Phuong currently have an admirable life.

In fact, actor Tien Luat also revealed that "Muoi Kho" choked up when he had to try to work while his wife was giving birth:

"I was filming with an old friend and saw him fidgeting and tearing up. I asked and he said: "My wife is so pitiful, giving birth to two children without me by her side."
