(Dan Tri Newspaper) - TUTA Group, the investor, has just signed a cooperation agreement with Marriott International, officially bringing the world's largest hotel brand to Bac Giang .
According to the agreement, Marriott International will take over and manage the operation of the 5-star hotel at the Royal Mansion project, which is expected to open in the fourth quarter of 2028. This is a 5-star standard urban area, affirming the commitment of the investor, TUTA Group, in creating iconic projects that contribute to changing the face of the homeland, while simultaneously forming a prosperous residential and investment destination, a leading shopping and entertainment center in Bac Giang City (Bac Giang province).

The Royal Mansion international 5-star urban area spans 9.45 hectares and is located at the central intersection of six roads in Bac Giang. It is planned to become a landmark in the southern part of the city, with six main arterial roads connecting to all routes. Within 5-10 minutes, the project provides access to 3,000 hectares of already operational industrial zones in the South, over 3,789 hectares of newly planned industrial zones, residential areas, new administrative centers, international amenities, a 700-hectare central park, Vinpearl golf course, and various government offices and departments.
The project includes a 5-star international branded hotel, an office tower, four luxury apartment buildings, and 171 commercial residences. The 5-star hotel boasts luxurious accommodations and modern amenities such as a 2,000-seat conference center, a large-scale shopping mall, and a healthcare system. This promises to offer a sophisticated service experience for the elite and international professionals visiting Bac Giang.
