Reporting to the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Nguyen Van Hung, VFF Vice President Tran Anh Tu talked about the difficulties that the Vietnamese women's team is facing at the 33rd SEA Games: "The Vietnamese women's team faces the most difficulty in the training ground. The distance to the field is about 40 km, the road is small, making it take 1.5 hours by car, and sometimes it takes 4 to 5 hours to get there. Many female players are tired."

Mr. Tran Anh Tu said that it was difficult to understand why the host country's organizing committee made such arrangements for the Vietnamese women's team, and hoped that Minister Nguyen Van Hung would make recommendations to the host country, Thailand, on this matter. "I respectfully ask the Minister and the delegation leaders to make recommendations for a training ground closer to the Vietnamese women's team," the VFF Vice President suggested.

In addition to the training ground issue, Mr. Tran Anh Tu also talked about the food of both the Vietnamese women's team and the U22 Vietnam team. Currently, the two teams have to supplement their food by buying it from outside to maintain their physical condition for competition.

Previously, coach Mai Duc Chung was also upset with the refereeing in the loss to the Philippines: "I don't blame, but we need fairness. There was a situation where the ball touched the opponent's hand but they didn't blow it, but with the Vietnamese women's team, they blew it very tightly, while they were more lenient with the Philippines."

After receiving feedback from the VFF representative, Minister Nguyen Van Hung said he would make a recommendation to the Thai Olympic Committee. The Minister also said that changing the training ground would be difficult to implement immediately, but affirmed that he would find ways to provide maximum support. The Minister hoped that the team leaders would encourage the players to adapt to the conditions in Thailand, aiming for a successful SEA Games.
