According to the Provincial Industrial Parks Management Board, the Thanh Hai Industrial Park expansion area currently covers approximately 22 hectares, with 4 registered investment projects. To date, these projects have completed their construction documentation and are in the process of assembling equipment and machinery. Upon review, the conversion of rice land in the area for the wastewater treatment plant upgrade project, land leveling, and internal road construction within the industrial park is basically complete; however, approximately 3,000 square meters of land in Zone F remain unresolved, hindering the construction of secondary projects.

Concluding the meeting, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the Provincial Industrial Parks Management Board to focus on coordinating with the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, the Department of Construction, and other relevant departments to continue researching and proposing to the Provincial People's Committee the completion of legal procedures and land allocation for secondary investment projects that have registered for investment, ensuring compliance with the Land Law of 2024 after its effective date. Regarding land clearance, proactively review and identify remaining obstacles, and promptly resolve them to ensure that projects meet the conditions for construction to proceed according to plan.
