This agreement demonstrates the strong consensus between the two sides in promoting the development of digital infrastructure and artificial intelligence solutions, aiming for long-term and sustainable cooperation.
From practical experience to long-term cooperation trust
During their stay in Zhengzhou, the VDO delegation visited and worked at xFusion's headquarters and high-tech manufacturing center. Here, VDO learned about the partner's closed-loop operating model - where research, development and production activities are closely integrated on the basis of energy-saving and environmentally friendly technology.

Through in-depth discussions with the xFusion leadership and team of experts, VDO highly appreciated the partner's technology ecosystem development strategy from GPU Server, AI Server to new generation hyper-converged infrastructure (HCI) solutions. Rigorous testing at the factory also showed the high readiness of new product lines, meeting the increasingly demanding needs of the Vietnamese market - where businesses are placing high demands on performance, stability and flexible deployment capabilities.
The visit not only helps both sides clarify development orientations in the coming period, but also strengthens the foundation for a long-term strategic partnership, trust built from understanding and sharing a vision for sustainable development.
A turning point in globalization strategy
The strategic cooperation agreement between VDO and xFusion not only focuses on OEMing new generation GPU Servers, server systems for AI, HPC and Private Cloud, but also aims to co-develop Green Data Center solutions, Autonomous Robots and advanced AI applications. This is a strategic step to meet the increasing demand for technology infrastructure in emerging and global markets.
As a strategic partner, VDO is not simply a distributor or importer, but is transforming into a co-creator of solutions from hardware design, performance testing to product commercialization suitable for the characteristics of each local market.

Representatives of VDO and xFusion signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)
Towards localization and sustainable development
Under the new direction, VDO will invest in an R&D and testing center in Vietnam, supporting real-world performance evaluation and promoting product localization. This will be the foundation for moving towards the production of AI server systems and green technology solutions in the domestic market, reducing dependence on international supply chains and enhancing the initiative of Vietnamese enterprises.
Speaking at the event, Mr. Nguyen Van Minh - Chairman of VDO's Board of Directors emphasized: "This agreement is a clear demonstration of our commitment to expanding our scale to the international market, while developing green, smart and sustainable technology infrastructure for the AI era. We believe that, with the support of xFusion, VDO will contribute to creating breakthrough solutions, making practical contributions to the digital transformation process in Vietnam and the region."
With this decisive step, VDO is gradually realizing its aspiration to become a leading technology enterprise in Southeast Asia, while actively contributing to the development of the global digital infrastructure ecosystem.
After more than 16 years of development, VDO has affirmed its position in areas such as IT infrastructure distribution, cloud computing, data centers, system integration, retail and e-commerce. The enterprise is constantly expanding its value chain, aiming to produce “Make in Vietnam” information technology products, while promoting its presence in the domestic and regional markets, actively contributing to the green and sustainable technology ecosystem.
xFusion is a global computing infrastructure provider headquartered in Singapore, operating under the vision of “Making computing work for you”. The group currently owns 9 R&D centers, 7 regional offices and 6 Global Technical Support Centers (GTACs), serving more than 10,000 customers in over 100 countries and regions, including telecommunications, finance, internet, transportation and energy. xFusion's global manufacturing center in Penang (Malaysia) with a capacity of up to 200,000 servers per year, plays a key role in ensuring a flexible supply chain and international quality standards.
