On the morning of December 3, in the capital Vientiane, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and Lao Prime Minister Sonexay Siphandone co-chaired the 48th meeting of the Intergovernmental Committee on Vietnam - Laos bilateral cooperation.

Continuing the program of the 10th session of the 15th National Assembly, on the morning of December 3, the National Assembly discussed in the hall the Summary Report on the implementation of the Government members, the Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court, the Chief Prosecutor of the Supreme People's Procuracy , and the State Auditor General on the Resolutions of the 14th and 15th National Assembly terms on thematic supervision and questioning.
