Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha has just signed a Decision approving the Urban and Rural System Planning for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050. According to the plan, there are 5 centrally-administered cities: Hanoi , Ho Chi Minh City, Hai Phong, Can Tho, and Da Nang.
