VinFast supports customers to repair vehicles damaged by floods

DNVN - Customers in 9 provinces and cities in the North and Central regions that suffered heavy damage due to recent floods will receive support from VinFast for up to 40% of spare parts replacement costs.

This is a special support program launched by VinFast and will be implemented until October 31, 2025 for cars and November 15, 2025 for electric motorbikes.

Nine provinces and cities included in the support program for VinFast electric cars include Hanoi , Bac Ninh, Cao Bang, Thai Nguyen, Tuyen Quang, Hai Phong, Thanh Hoa, Nghe An and Ha Tinh.

Accordingly, for customers without physical insurance, VinFast and its dealers and service workshops will support up to 40% of spare part replacement costs, of which 30% is fixed from VinFast and 10% will be considered for additional support by dealers based on the actual situation.

For customers with physical insurance, VinFast will support payment of insurance deductibles worth VND500,000/incident. VinFast will also coordinate with insurance companies to help car owners quickly complete procedures, shortening the application review process.

VinFast aims to complete repairs for all vehicles affected by storms and floods by October 31, 2025.

Customers who have proactively repaired their vehicles and paid before the policy is approved will have their corresponding benefits converted into vouchers by VinFast to use for subsequent maintenance and repairs.

In order to reduce the pressure and share the burden on service workshops in provinces and cities affected by storms and floods, VinFast will mobilize personnel from other localities to support or coordinate vehicles to less affected service workshops, thereby contributing to shortening the repair time for customers. VinFast aims to complete the repair of all vehicles affected by storms and floods before October 31, 2025.

For electric motorbikes, customers in 3 provinces and cities including Hanoi, Cao Bang , Thai Nguyen whose vehicles are damaged by floods will be supported with 10% of the cost of replacing high-value spare parts (battery, engine, C-box) and 30% for the remaining spare parts. The support program for electric motorbikes will be applied until November 15, 2025.

In addition to customer support, VinFast will also consider supporting part of the actual damage to service workshops and dealers without property insurance, to help dealers quickly stabilize operations to serve customers better and better.
