The contest "Searching for the Communication Ambassador of Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry and Trade - HUIT'S ICONIC 2024" is an opportunity for students to express their personality and communication skills and to convey positive messages from the school to the community. In the Preliminary Round, there were the appearances of Catwalk Director Le Anh Minh, Miss Grand Vietnam 2023 Le Hong Hanh and Supermodel Huu Long. 110 contestants demonstrated their performance, behavior and talent in front of the judges.

Judge Le Hong Hanh - Runner-up of Miss Grand Vietnam 2023 commented that the contestants are very confident, talented and charming; judge Supermodel Huu Long also shared: "The students have attractive appearances and very good skills, especially their presentation and behavior skills are very impressive. This will be a challenge for the judges in the following rounds when selecting contestants for the finals".
After the preliminary round, the jury selected 60 excellent candidates, including 30 men and 30 women, to enter the semi-finals, which will take place from October 12, 2024 to October 26, 2024, including three competitions: Photoshoot, Talent and Fashion Show. Here, the candidates will continue to compete for tickets to the final round, scheduled to take place on November 24, 2024 at Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry and Trade.
