On the morning of March 21, news from the Traffic Police Department of Ha Tinh Police said that this unit is verifying a video circulating on social media recording a male bus driver playing a game on his phone while driving.

Previously and yesterday (March 20), Facebook spread a nearly 3-minute clip recording a passenger bus driver traveling from Hanoi to Ha Tinh playing games on his phone while driving.

This clip was recorded by a passenger and posted on social media with the status line: "The journey home is nearly 400km, there was never a moment when I wasn't scared..."

Immediately after the clip was posted on social media, it caused a stir in the online community and people expressed outrage, saying that the male driver disregarded the lives of passengers.

According to the investigation, the above passenger bus has license plate 38B - 012.14, owned by a bus company in Huong Son district, Ha Tinh . This bus company specializes in transporting passengers long distances on the route from Hanoi - Ha Tinh and vice versa.

Regarding the incident, Mr. Dang Minh Hoc, owner of Thai Hoc bus company, said that the image in the above clip is vehicle 38B–012.14 and the male driver belongs to this transport company.

The male driver who was playing a game while driving was named PAĐ. (residing in Son Tay commune, Huong Son district). After discovering the incident, the bus company temporarily suspended the male driver from driving.
