Notably, Pharmacist Tien - the official representative of the manufacturer launched the Miss Universe Vietnam 2024 crown design contest with the message: "Thousand dollar crown, million dollar mission".
Accordingly, the value of the Miss Universe Vietnam 2024 crown is only 24 million VND while the "million dollar mission" that the new Miss will do is to build 10 new schools across the country.

"The project to build at least 10 schools for children in the highlands will be donated by the Organizing Committee and the Miss Universe Vietnam 2024 contestants in many forms, or the decision to design a new crown with a value of only 24 million VND, because we clearly understand that the value of a Miss does not lie in how much money the beauty wears on her head, but in the value of the girl herself, what she and the Organizing Committee of the contest will contribute to society and the community.
Up to now, the thing I feel most fortunate is that I have worked with partners who are not only smart but also understand each other in work, respect each other and always want to contribute to the community the best things we can do. And perhaps because of that, we almost all have the same ideas in building the script or easily agree with each other in every decision, never having to argue with each other.

According to the Miss Universe Vietnam Organizing Committee, this year's contest will find 1 Miss and 4 Runners-up. The producer's representative also said that there are no mandatory educational standards for the Miss. "Why is there a mandatory educational standard for someone who wants to do a charity project on promoting education? We ensure the State's regulations on the minimum educational level of contestants participating in Miss Universe Vietnam 2024. But whether those girls have a university degree or not is not necessarily an important factor for us. Even if they drop out of school, the opportunity to come to this beauty contest will bring that girl to university and support many other girls," said Pharmacist Tien.
