According to statistics, the entire Binh Minh commune currently has 40 cases of construction on public land and agricultural land. Specifically: Thanh Cao (formerly) 1 case, Cao Vien (formerly) 21 cases, Binh Minh (formerly) 9 cases, and Cu Khe (formerly) 9 cases.
Before carrying out the enforcement, all personnel were present at the commune's People's Committee headquarters for a briefing and to finalize the plan. At the scene, the enforcement decision was publicly announced in the presence of relevant agencies, organizations, and a large number of citizens.

Authorities cordoned off the area, secured the site, and strictly controlled the situation to ensure absolute safety. By the afternoon of the same day (September 26), the illegal constructions had been forcibly removed and the site handed over to the authorities.

For cases of deliberate violations, the authorities will resolutely handle them, preventing recurrence in order to maintain order, ensure comprehensive and sustainable development, and contribute to building a more civilized and modern Binh Minh Commune.
Representatives of the People's Committee of Binh Minh commune read the Decision to forcibly demolish the illegal construction in the presence of law enforcement forces, local people, representatives of the violating family, and village leaders.
The enforcement actions not only address specific cases but also demonstrate a determination to restore order and discipline in land management and use. The authorities will continue to inspect and monitor, resolutely preventing repeat violations, while strengthening public awareness campaigns to ensure people understand and voluntarily comply.
