The competition involved 7 teams from 26 villages in the commune. The teams competed in three parts: greetings, knowledge, and a short play. Using a theatrical format, the teams presented unique performances, promoting and disseminating the Party and State's policies and laws. Many good models and effective practices in labor, production, cultural preservation, and building a new life in the commune were highlighted in the competition.

At the end of the competition, the Organizing Committee awarded the first prize to the team from Phia Chang - Na Con village; and awarded second, third, consolation prizes and other special prizes to the participating teams.
