These are two cases that were granted Land Use Right Certificates (red books) after operating the two-level local government. The two households granted red books are Ms. Le Thi Tham and Mr. Nguyen Van Tuan.

According to the People's Committee of Tra Tan commune, since operating a two-level local government, the locality has overcome initial difficulties in terms of infrastructure, information technology systems in mountainous communes... to operate the apparatus smoothly.

After receiving the red book application from the old commune, Tra Tan commune quickly verified and promptly processed the issuance of red books to the people. The commune People's Committee will continue to complete the application and issue red books for other cases in the near future.
