Determine the champion team of the first season of Hanoi baseball tournament

The final match of the 2023 Hanoi Baseball Championship is the confrontation between Hanoi 29ers and Hanoi Anchors. Hanoi 29ers brings together a group of talented players who grew up at the Hanoi Capitals youth club participating in Pony Little league from 2009-2011. They are led by former MLB player - Lucas Benenati.

Meanwhile, Hanoi Archers has a tradition of more than a decade developing from the Fishanu amateur club. They are the leading force of baseball in the country with a combination of experience and youth.

The two teams gave the audience 7 extremely exciting rounds. In the end, the Hanoi 29ers team won with a score of 10 - 2, officially becoming the champion of the first season of Hanoi Baseball Championship.

The organizing committee awarded the championship cup and the title flag to the Hanoi 29ers team; second prize to the Hanoi Archers team; and third prize to the HUST Red Owls and Devil Bats teams. The first, second, and third teams received prizes of 6 million, 3 million, and 1.5 million VND respectively.

In addition, athlete Dang Dinh Bao (Hanoi 29ers) received the MVP title - Best Player. Pham Manh Chien (Hanoi Archers) received the Best Pitcher title. Lucas Benenati (Hanoi 29ers) received the Best Hitter title.

The 2023 Hanoi Baseball Championship is organized by New Sports, with the consent of the Vietnam Baseball and Softball Federation.

The tournament brings together 6 baseball clubs in Hanoi with more than 200 Vietnamese and international athletes, taking place from September 24 to October 22 at Hanoi Dragon Rugby Field, Hanoi.

The tournament creates a playground for clubs in the capital to exchange and compete, and through competition results, select athletes with good achievements to add to the force participating in international baseball tournaments.
