The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism requires heads of units under the ministry to temporarily suspend entertainment and tourism activities during the flood warning period.

This is one of the requirements set forth in the notice of order. flood warning and the report on overcoming the consequences of storm No. 3 that the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has just sent to the agencies and units under the ministry.
In the document, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism also requested heads of units under the ministry to implement a number of contents such as:
- Continue to inspect, review, and have plans to protect cultural, sports, tourism institutions and facilities managed by the unit.
- Organize a serious on-duty team, regularly and promptly inform and report to the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism on the situation of flood response and damage occurring in the management areas of agencies and units.
- Report in writing the damage to works and items caused by storm No. 3 and floods that directly affect the operations of agencies and units, along with an estimate to remedy the damage, to the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism for consideration and decision.
- For agencies and units under the ministry with headquarters located in the area Hanoi city, especially some heavily flooded districts, must proactively monitor flood developments on mass media and announcements from local authorities, ministries and relevant branches to take timely measures to ensure the safety of life and property of officials, civil servants, public employees, workers, teachers, students.
At the same time, closely coordinate with localities to deploy flood response plans; prepare available forces, means and materials to move important artifacts and documents to safe places; organize to overcome consequences and support localities when requested.
