Accordingly, the Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism requested heads of departments and units to closely monitor forecast information and developments of storms, rain and floods to resolutely, promptly and effectively implement storm prevention and response work with the spirit of proactive prevention and response at the highest level, ensuring safety for people and property managed by the unit, activities organized by the unit; recommending civil servants, public employees and workers to limit going out during storms and heavy rain and floods.

Assign the Tourism Management Department to advise on directive documents, coordinate with localities to promptly and effectively deploy measures to respond to storm No. 3, direct tourist accommodation establishments, tourist areas, especially in coastal areas, islands, areas at risk of landslides and flash floods. Coordinate in organizing propaganda and evacuating tourists to safe places. Count, inform, and guide boats and means of tourism activities at sea to know, not to enter or exit dangerous areas, to safe shelters. Develop specific storm and flood response plans, deploy evacuation and shelter measures, ensure safety for tourists, especially international tourists. Based on the actual situation and the potential impact of storms, floods and rains, proactively advise competent authorities to direct the temporary suspension of tourism activities.

The Department of Culture and Family Management and the Department of Cultural Heritage Management shall strengthen inspection, review and implementation of plans to ensure safety for people and property at cultural and sports institutions, historical and cultural relics, scenic spots, tourist areas and spots in the area. Based on the actual situation and the potential impact of storms and floods, proactively advise competent authorities to direct the temporary suspension of entertainment activities.

Units organize 24/7 duty seriously, promptly inform and report to the Department Director about the storm response situation, damage occurring within the management area of ​​the department, unit during and after the storm (if any).
