Zalo AI promotes artificial intelligence applications for 78 million users

Artificial intelligence is being strongly developed in many countries to promote new steps in socio-economic development. This is also one of the areas that Vietnam focuses on, especially with the National Strategy on Research, Development and Application of AI to 2030 issued by the Prime Minister. Resolution 57-NQ/TW issued on December 22, 2024 also emphasized that science and technology development is a key driving force for economic growth, mastering advanced technology, especially AI, to enhance national competitiveness.

McKinsey's State of AI Survey in March 2025 found a significant increase in the proportion of people using GenAI at work (from 8% to 13%) as well as the proportion of people using GenAI in both work and personal life (from 14% to 26%) when comparing 2023 and 2024.
