- On the morning of October 28, the Department of Education and Training organized a voluntary blood donation program "Love comes from the heart".

Teachers and staff of units are screened before donating blood.

The program attracted the participation of 450 officials, civil servants, teachers, workers, students in the industry . Here, volunteers were screened, had blood tests, blood pressure measured, and health checked before donating blood.

At the end of the program, the Organizing Committee received 353 units of safe blood; all of the blood was transferred to the Central Institute of Hematology and Blood Transfusion for preservation and distribution to serve emergency and patient treatment.
