5 important industries and fields for development orientation in the coming time

According to the Ninh Thuan Provincial Planning for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050, recently approved by the 11th Provincial People's Council, 12th session: Orientation for the development of important industries and fields, including 5 clusters of industries and fields: Energy, Renewable energy; High-quality tourism; Processing and manufacturing industry; High-tech agriculture ; Construction and real estate business. Specifically:

* Energy, renewable energy: Focus on exploiting the potential and advantages of natural conditions of sunshine and wind to develop solar power, coastal wind power, offshore wind power, LNG gas power, pumped storage hydropower, new energy sources (hydro, tidal, biomass, ...). Develop green Hydrogen energy sources from the use of self-consumption energy, on-site renewable energy towards green industry in accordance with the commitment at COP26. Focus on synchronous development of power transmission infrastructure to build Ninh Thuan into the energy and renewable energy center of the country.

* High-quality tourism: Developing tourism in the direction of "Sustainability - Class - Uniqueness"; both developing traditional tourism and creating new, unique types of climate, creative exploration to become one of the national key tourism areas, experiential resort tourism for domestic and international visitors; being an attractive, different, highly competitive destination, on the basis of effectively exploiting the advantages of existing tourism resources and turning limitations into distinct tourism potential; focusing investment resources on developing Ninh Chu National Tourist Area; making tourism services a key economic sector according to Resolution No. 04-NQ/TU dated August 31, 2021 of the Provincial Party Committee on developing tourism into a key economic sector of the province.

* Processing and manufacturing industry: Develop processing and manufacturing industry clusters associated with seaports and logistics in a modern, environmentally friendly, green growth direction. Focus on developing supporting industries, heavy industries, metallurgy, specialty product processing industries, and post-salt chemical production complexes to exploit the advantages of on-site renewable energy sources.

* Construction and real estate business: Develop the construction industry to meet the needs of investment, construction, and completion of synchronous and modern urban and rural infrastructure, especially the technical infrastructure framework and essential social infrastructure, contributing to the rapid, effective and sustainable growth of the urban economic sector, improving the quality of life in urban areas, ensuring basic needs for housing and social infrastructure for urban residents. Develop modern, green, smart, energy-saving urban architecture, adapting to climate change, with identity, and typical cultural elements preserved and promoted. Develop a healthy, sustainable real estate market, diversifying types of residential, commercial, tourism, industrial real estate, etc. to meet market needs with good quality and reasonable prices; Applying technology to construction, management and real estate business contributes to the modernization of the construction industry in general and the real estate market in particular of Ninh Thuan province to develop day by day.

* High-tech agriculture: Developing high-tech agriculture contributes to restructuring the agricultural sector; developing modern, synchronous, productive, high-quality agricultural production with high economic value, environmentally friendly, effectively adapting to climate change, expanding consumption markets, and aiming for export.
