This is an annual event organized by the City Youth Union and the Ho Chi Minh City Youth Workers Support Center to encourage and support young workers to have a complete wedding. The event also contributes to honoring the beauty of the national cultural tradition, demonstrating the spirit of mutual love and affection of the city named after Uncle Ho.

Since 2007, the "Mass Wedding Ceremony" program has become a heartwarming gathering place for young couples who haven't had the opportunity to hold a wedding ceremony. Over the past 15 years, more than 1,200 couples have received support to have a complete and memorable wedding day. In 2025, the program will not only be a joyous occasion but also an opportunity to honor family values, love, and the resilience of young workers in their pursuit of success.
Ms. Dang Thi Huong, from Nghe An province, emotionally shared: “My husband and I are both workers working in Ho Chi Minh City for nearly 20 years. Today, we are truly moved and grateful to the City Youth Union and the Ho Chi Minh City Youth Workers Support Center for giving us a complete and meaningful wedding ceremony. This is an important moment that we will never forget. Together we will try to live happily, build a family and continue to work to contribute to the city.”

“I feel extremely happy and delighted to have participated in this year’s mass wedding ceremony. On behalf of the 50 couples, my wife and I would like to express our sincere gratitude to the Organizing Committee for giving us such a meaningful and memorable day. This will forever be a momentous occasion, deeply etched in our memories,” shared Mr. Ho Tan Phon from Cu Chi commune (Ho Chi Minh City).
Mr. Le Hoang Minh, Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Youth Workers Support Center, said that the group wedding was beautiful not only because of the humane journey of matchmaking but also because of the whole community's support for young people's efforts to build happiness.
"Currently, the Ho Chi Minh City Youth Workers Support Center has established three offices specializing in supporting, subsidizing or providing free wedding services for young workers in key areas of Ho Chi Minh City. Through these meaningful activities, the Center hopes that the Youth Union will continue to accompany, share and give more confidence and strength to young people in their journey to build a happy home, contributing to the sustainable development of the city," Mr. Le Hoang Minh added.

This year's wedding ceremony featured many meaningful activities, including laying flowers at the statue of President Ho Chi Minh on Nguyen Hue pedestrian street, and parades using electric trams, metro trains, and river buses – characteristic green transportation options of the modern city. The highlight was the mass wedding ceremony at the Claris Palace Convention and Wedding Center, where couples cut the cake, poured wine, planted a "happiness tree," and received wedding gifts from participating organizations.
The 2025 "Mass Wedding Ceremony" program is for 50 couples who are civil servants, teachers, demobilized soldiers, young workers, and laborers in difficult circumstances working in industrial zones, export processing zones, agencies, units, schools, businesses, or trade unions in Ho Chi Minh City.
