AtFPT Techday 2023, 11 international partners of FPT, including Schaeffler, Konica, AFLAC, SC Ventures, Olympus, Landing AI, etc., showcased their technology platforms and products.
On October 24th, FPT Techday 2023, the largest annual technology event of the year, opened in Hanoi with the theme "35 Years of Creating Happiness". The event attracted over 10,000 attendees, including more than 2,500 technology experts, digital transformation specialists, and business owners from dozens of countries around the world .

After 35 years of development, FPT has become a global enterprise, not only demonstrated by its presence in 30 countries and territories or its 290 FPT offices, but also by the recognition and cooperation of the international business and technology community. The international element was most clearly evident at FPT Techday 2023, a significant difference from the previous 10 editions. Particularly noteworthy was the presence of 600 global businesses, many of which were from the Fortune 500 list.

At FPT Techday 2023, 11 international partners of FPT, including Schaeffler, Konica, AFLAC, SC Ventures, Olympus, and Landing AI, showcased their technology platforms and products, the result of collaboration and research and development between FPT and its partners. This is the strongest affirmation of FPT's global technological activities. Simultaneously, to realize and continue leading technology on an international scale, FPT Group also signed a series of M&A and MoU agreements with global companies.
Most notably among these collaborations, FPT will partner with Landing AI, a leading US computer vision and artificial intelligence (AI) software company founded by Andrew Ng, a pioneer in the AI field and co-founder of Coursera, former chief scientist at Baidu, and founding leader of Google Brain. FPT and Landing AI have signed a strategic cooperation agreement to develop business and human resources in this promising field. The collaboration between FPT and Landing AI is expected to open a new chapter, contributing to the advancement of AI in Vietnam, the US, and globally.

At the event, FPT Chairman Truong Gia Binh stated: “AI cooperation is one of the pillars of Vietnam-US cooperation in the coming time. Cooperation with leading global companies like Landing AI, and with geniuses like Andrew Ng, will usher in a new era for AI development in Vietnam, contributing to making Vietnam a leading power in AI. I believe that cooperation will not only create positive change in Vietnam, but also bring significant benefits to AI research and application, and contribute to the development of the workforce in this field globally.”
Affirming that Vietnam is a potential AI investment destination, Andrew Ng said: “I am very impressed with FPT’s ability to solve complex challenges through technology, as well as FPT’s commitment to education. FPT not only demonstrates its technological prowess but also shows its determination to make Vietnam a global technology hub. I have deep confidence in this collaboration. Together we can create positive changes for future generations by promoting AI innovation.”

At the event, FPT Smart Cloud, a subsidiary of FPT, officially launched FPT GenAI – a generative AI platform for businesses, creating a breakthrough in improving labor productivity, enhancing customer experience, and improving employee experience through superior value. FPT GenAI was researched and developed to apply the most advanced generative AI technology to products within the FPT AI ecosystem, Made by FPT, through the "Generative AI first" strategy. This affirms FPT AI's pioneering position, bringing cutting-edge AI technology into the digital transformation strategy in Vietnam and globally, integrating AI into every aspect of life.

Besides collaborative activities, signing agreements, and opening up a vision for the future, FPT Techday 2023 is also an event of technological fusion and visual experiences. The exhibition area showcases the formation and development of FPT. Inside, the space will be divided into several areas with 33 booths, introducing 22 innovative services, products, and solutions within the Made by FPT ecosystem to meet human needs and help people become happier. These are products whose core systems have been developed by FPT engineers, helping hundreds of millions of global customers in new technologies, finance and banking, healthcare, and more.
