99.92% of administrative procedures are resolved on time

According to a report from Phu Ninh district, in 2024, the rate of timely settlement of administrative procedures in the area reached 99.92%; the satisfaction level of people and businesses with the services of state administrative agencies in the district reached over 90%.

It is known that in recent times, administrative reform (AR) has been carried out synchronously and effectively in all sectors and fields in Phu Ninh district. The district has paid attention to investing in synchronous and modern infrastructure equipment to develop e-government, digital government, digital economy and digital society; promoting the application of information technology in agencies and units, basically meeting the management, direction and operation requirements of authorities at all levels, effectively supporting professional work, contributing to the effective implementation of PAR tasks in the district.
