I. CONDITIONS AND STANDARDS FOR CANDIDATES:

1. General conditions:

- Meet the standards of quality, professional ethics; qualifications and professional capacity according to the requirements of the position and job title to be recruited.

- Regarding age: Candidates applying for professional positions (Credit, Accounting) must not be older than 35 years old; in some cases where it is necessary to attract good workers, the age must not be older than 40 years old.

- Regarding background: Have a clear background confirmed by a competent State agency within no more than 6 months from the date of application submission. Not being under criminal prosecution, serving a sentence, being imprisoned, being rehabilitated without detention, being under probation, being subjected to local educational measures or being sent to a medical facility, reformatory facility, etc.

- Regarding height and health status: Men must be 1.60m or taller, women must be 1.55m or taller; healthy enough to undertake the job, with a certificate issued by a health authority within 12 months from the date of application submission. After being accepted, candidates must undergo a health check as required by Agribank .

- Have a recruitment application form (according to Agribank's form) clearly stating the job wishes, commitment to comply with Agribank's labor and labor management regulations if recruited. Candidates can register 02 wishes:

+ Wish 1: Candidates register to work at one of the units under Agribank Ha Tinh II Branch (Headquarters, Huong Khe Ha Tinh II Branch) according to personal wishes.

+ Option 2: Candidates register to work at the unit assigned by the Agribank Recruitment Council, Ha Tinh Branch II, according to the needs of the Branch (if there are still positions available); in this case, candidates must commit to working long-term at the unit for at least 05 years (if recruited).

2. Specific requirements on training level for candidates:

- In addition to meeting the general requirements in point 1, section I of this announcement, candidates must have professional qualifications appropriate to the recruitment position:

+ For professional positions (Credit, Accounting): Requires a full-time university degree (excluding candidates who have graduated from a university transfer program), major appropriate to the position applied for such as: Finance and Banking, Accounting, Auditing, Economics, International Payment, Business Administration, ...

+ For special labor positions: Ensure standard conditions according to Agribank's labor management regulations.

- Foreign language and IT proficiency: Candidates must complete foreign language and IT proficiency according to Agribank's regulations if recruited.

II. RECRUITMENT FORM:

- Candidates must participate in 3 rounds:

+ Round 1: Preliminary screening of documents (candidates who pass the preliminary round will be able to participate in the second round).

For candidates applying for credit positions, accountants with 03 years or more of experience related to the recruitment position, working at large auditing companies (Deloitte, E&Y, PwC, KPMG, ...), large banks (VietinBank, Vietcombank, BIDV ...) or candidates who graduated with honors from leading universities in the economic sector (National Economics University, Foreign Trade University, Banking Academy, Academy of Finance, University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City, Banking University Ho Chi Minh City, RMIT University, University of Law Ho Chi Minh City, University of Economics - Law, National University Ho Chi Minh City, University of Economics - Hue University, University of Economics - Da Nang University, Can Tho University), passing the preliminary round will be able to participate in the 3rd round (interview) without having to participate in the 2nd round.

+ Round 2: Professional exam on computer.

+ Round 3: Interview.

- The exam time will be announced to candidates after Agribank's announcement (expected exam time in August 2025).

III. TIME AND PLACE FOR RECEIVING DOCUMENTS :

1. Application submission period: From July 28, 2025 to August 4, 2025.

(Morning from 8:00 to 11:00, afternoon from 14:00 to 17:00, except Saturdays and Sundays).

2. Place to receive documents:

- Room 304, 3rd floor, Agribank Headquarters, Ha Tinh Branch II.

(Address: No. 05, Xo Viet Nghe Tinh Street, Thanh Sen Ward, Ha Tinh Province).

- Documents include:

+ Labor recruitment registration form (fill in the form in the Recruitment Notice on Agribank's website).

+ CV with photo attached according to the prescribed form, certified by a competent authority within no more than 6 months from the date of application submission.

+ Health certificate (within 12 months from the date of application submission).

+ Copy of birth certificate.

+ Notarized, certified copies: ID card/citizen identification card, household registration book.

+ Notarized, certified copies: University diploma, transcript, IT and foreign language certificates.

+ 01 3x4 photo (taken within 6 months from the date of application submission).

Note:

i. The recruitment council does not accept: Applications submitted by proxy, applications submitted after the deadline, applications of candidates who violated the recruitment regulations in previous years.

ii. The candidate is fully responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of the application. In case the Recruitment Council discovers that the application is inaccurate or dishonest, the candidate's exam results will be cancelled.

iii. The application documents are contained in a file bag with full name, date of birth, contact phone number... The submitted application documents will not be returned to the candidate if they are not selected.
