Issuing digital signatures to 708 organizations in the province reached 100%; The number of civil servants and public employees of state agencies granted digital signatures for specialized public service was 17,675 people, reaching over 96%. Currently, organizations and individuals are reviewing and revoking digital certificates that are no longer needed.
To date, 102/102 commune-level units have changed information for organizations and individuals with 2,036 digital signatures, including 181 organizations and 1,855 individuals. 15/17 provincial departments and branches have changed information for organizations and individuals with 741 digital signatures, including 8 organizational digital signatures and 733 individual digital signatures (2 departments are compiling a list of civil servants to change information.
Regarding digital transformation, An Giang continues to implement the Project "Digital transformation of An Giang province to 2025" according to Decision No. 603 of the Provincial People's Committee. At the same time, the province promotes the development of the digital technology business ecosystem in the area; encourages enterprises in industrial parks and border economic zones to apply digital platforms in management and production to restructure operating processes, improve productivity, efficiency and reduce emissions.
Departments, branches, sectors and localities have been focusing on implementing training and applying digital technology and artificial intelligence (AI) in the management of sectors, fields and localities. Establishing and maintaining the effective operation of "Community Digital Technology Teams" and "Rapid Response Support Teams" to "hand-hold", support and promptly resolve problems for officials and people at the grassroots level.
