Massive and irrational planning has resulted in many urban and residential projects in Binh Duong being deserted, while local residents find it difficult to access housing due to soaring prices.
From a formerly predominantly agricultural province, Binh Duong has now become the "industrial hub" of the country. Currently, Binh Duong has 29 industrial parks with a total area of 12,600 hectares; the occupancy rate is 91%.
Furthermore, the province's infrastructure is also developed comprehensively and modernly, creating a foundation for attracting foreign direct investment (FDI) and urban development. The province has nearly 2 million workers and experts from many provinces and cities across the country and abroad. Therefore, it is always a preferred investment location for real estate businesses.
However, after the land speculation frenzy and massive sales launches, many completed projects and urban areas in Binh Duong are now deserted and sparsely populated.

| The reality at the project site is quite the opposite; alongside the paved roads, there are only a few scattered houses. The sidewalks and other plots of land are left overgrown with grass. |
