The event took place in the context that the entire Party, the entire army and the entire people are striving to compete in studying, working and creating to welcome Party Congresses at all levels, towards the 14th National Congress of the Party - a particularly important political event, and at the same time summarizing and evaluating 40 years of the Doi Moi process (1986-2026) with great and comprehensive achievements, helping Vietnam accumulate position and strength for breakthrough development in the next period.
