Apple officially released iOS 26 beta 7 with a series of new features

iOS 26 beta 7 update continues to bring some small changes to the interface as well as new application features to bring a better user experience to iPhone users.

Registered developers can now download the latest betas of iOS 26 and iPadOS 26 via the Software Update section in the Settings app. The update brings a brand new look called Liquid Glass — inspired by the transparency and elegance of glass.

The Liquid Glass design is widely applied, covering from the lock screen, home screen to Control Center, along with menus and buttons in the application, promising to bring a more intuitive, modern and consistent experience to users.

The iOS 26 beta 7 beta not only brings upgrades to apps like Messages, Phone, Shortcuts, and Apple Music, but also improves the CarPlay experience and many other features. In particular, Apple has redesigned the blood oxygen level measurement feature specifically for iPhone users in the US, promising to bring more accuracy and convenience in health monitoring.

In addition to the new features, iOS 26 beta 7 also adds adjustments to Adaptive Power — the iPhone's power management feature. Users can now proactively make "performance adjustments" when needed, helping to extend battery life by slightly reducing screen brightness, allowing some tasks to run slower, and automatically activating Battery Saver Mode when the remaining capacity is only 20%.

These changes promise a more stable and flexible battery experience, especially useful for users who frequently travel or use their devices for long periods of time.

iOS 26 beta 7 also adds an Adaptive Power notification toggle in the Settings app, Battery > Power Mode. Users can now proactively choose to receive or turn off notifications whenever Adaptive Power mode is activated, giving them better control over their iPhone battery management experience.
