Three representatives from Hue include: Ms. Nguyen Thi Doan Trang, Vice President of the City's Women Entrepreneurs Association, Director of Doan Trang Embroidery Company Limited; Ms. Ho Thi Hoa, Director of Thien Huong Sesame Candy Company Limited; and Ms. Tran Thi Vui, Director of Kim Vui Essential Oil Company Limited.

These are female entrepreneurs with outstanding achievements in production and business; have many contributions to the construction and development of the City Women Entrepreneurs Association in particular and the City Business Association in general; actively participate in volunteer activities, spreading the spirit of charity in the community.

The program to award the title “Outstanding Vietnamese Businesswomen - Golden Rose 2025” was organized by the Vietnam Confederation of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) in collaboration with the Vietnam Women Entrepreneurs Council, the Embassy of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, the United Nations Entity for Gender Equality and the Empowerment of Women (UN Women) and the Business Forum Magazine, on the occasion of the anniversary of Vietnamese Entrepreneurs Day (October 13) and Vietnamese Women's Day (October 20).

The title “Golden Rose” is a worthy recognition of the contributions of Vietnamese female entrepreneurs in socio- economic development, while affirming the pioneering role, courage and intelligence of Vietnamese women in the process of integration and sustainable development of the country.

Since 2005, the "Golden Rose" program has been held 10 times, contributing to honoring the image of dynamic, creative and socially responsible Vietnamese female entrepreneurs.
