The Military Science Academy has just announced... Additional admissions are being held for civilian undergraduate programs in three fields: English, Russian, and Chinese.
The Academy applies the same admission methods as the high school graduation exam scores and the competency assessment scores of Hanoi National University and Ho Chi Minh City National University.
The application period is from September 6th to September 15th.
The application criteria and score thresholds are as follows:

The Logistics Academy is recruiting additional civilian students for three majors: finance and banking (37 positions), accounting (135 positions), and construction engineering (69 positions).
The Academy requires a minimum admission score of 18 points for the 2025 high school graduation exam; 74 points for the Hanoi National University's aptitude test; and 603 points for the Ho Chi Minh City National University's aptitude test.
The admission combinations include A00 (Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry), A01 (Mathematics, Physics, English), C01 (Mathematics, Literature, Physics), and X06 (Mathematics, Physics, Informatics).
The deadline for submitting applications to the Logistics Academy is September 14th.
The University of Information and Communication Technology is recruiting additional students for its civilian programs in Electronic and Telecommunications Engineering (20 places) and Information Technology (20 places).
Candidates can apply based on their 2025 high school graduation exam scores in the A00, A01, C01, X06 subject combinations, or their converted scores from the National University of Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City's aptitude tests.
The minimum admission score for Information Technology is 20.85 points, and for Electronic and Telecommunications Engineering is 19.50 points. These scores include priority and incentive points.
This year, 13 military schools under the Ministry of National Defence have been assigned to recruit approximately 3,200 civilian students. Prior to this, recruitment of civilian students into military schools ceased in 2019.
Compared to other universities, tuition fees for civilian programs at military schools are quite low. At the Military Technical Academy and the Firefighting University, the tuition fee is 1.85 million VND/month, equivalent to 18.5 million VND/year.
The tuition fee at the Military University of Culture and Arts is approximately 1.91 million VND per month, equivalent to about 19.1 million VND per year.
