Following the direction of the Provincial People's Committee, from October 26th to November 4th, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism organized a program to provide free transportation for people from Bac Ninh to the National Exhibition Center to visit and experience the Autumn Fair.

During the first two days of the program, the organizing committee arranged transportation to pick up people at two locations: 3/2 Square ( Bac Giang Ward) and Bac Ninh Museum No. 2 (Kinh Bac Ward), with five 45-seater buses at each location. A large number of people registered to participate in the program and expressed their delight at the attention shown by the provincial authorities and relevant agencies.
To meet the needs and facilitate the participation of people in remote areas, from October 28th, in addition to the two locations mentioned above, the Organizing Committee has arranged for buses to pick up people at the People's Committee offices of nearly 40 wards and communes in the province on a rotating basis. Each location has 1-2 buses; with 2 trips per day. In the morning, buses depart at 7:00 or 8:00 depending on the location and return at 1:00 PM; in the afternoon, buses pick up at 3:00 PM and return at 9:00 PM, ensuring safety, punctuality, and attentive service.
According to the organizers, in addition to the planned number of vehicles, depending on the number of people registering to participate, more vehicles will be arranged to ensure better service.

Participating in the program, people are taken to the National Exhibition Center to admire the modern facility, which ranks among the top 10 largest exhibition complexes in the world, and to visit and experience the "super fair with 6 best features" organized under the direction of the Prime Minister, including: the largest scale; the most modern space; the most diverse products; the highest quality; the most attractive activities; and the best incentives. More than 2,500 businesses, including about 100 international businesses, are gathered here, with 3,000 booths displaying over 10,000 products.
The fair space is organized as a journey across Vietnam with 5 zones, each telling a vibrant story about the people, culture, and dynamic economy of the country. Alongside the indoor exhibition space, there is a series of lively outdoor activities such as games, concerts, art performances, fashion shows, free film screenings, and cultural exchanges.
Bac Ninh province participated in the exhibition, showcasing products in two sections with a total area of nearly 300m², including characteristic products, cultural heritage demonstrations, and typical cuisine of the Kinh Bac region. In the "Autumn in Vietnam - Colors and Scents of Autumn" section, chaired by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, Bac Ninh province displayed products such as: clothing; paper and packaging; food and beverages; and OCOP products such as: Chu noodles, Yen The hill chicken, dried lychees, Danh mountain ginseng, fruits, Phu The cakes, Tri Yen soy sauce, guava bud tea, chrysanthemum tea…
In the "Cultural Industry - First Golden Season" zone, chaired by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Bac Ninh province organized a performance space showcasing intangible cultural heritage recognized by UNESCO (Quan Ho folk singing, Then folk singing); introduced and demonstrated woodblock printing at Vinh Nghiem Pagoda - a regional documentary heritage of the Asia-Pacific; Dong Ho folk paintings; and created and screened video clips introducing Bac Ninh tourism.
According to a representative from the Bac Ninh Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the organization of free shuttle services for people visiting the 2025 Autumn Fair aims to facilitate public participation in this national-scale cultural and commercial event; and at the same time, to support the Bac Ninh delegation at the fair, contributing to spreading the image of Bac Ninh - Kinh Bac, a land of culture, dynamism, and hospitality.
