Bac Ninh plans to support tuition fees for training human resources for the AI industry.

Accordingly, the subjects are students at training facilities in Bac Ninh province. To receive support, students must graduate from high school, be admitted and participate in intermediate, college and university levels in training majors and occupations serving key industries, semiconductor industry, AI and digital industry; enrolling from the 2025-2026 school year to the 2029-2030 school year.

Students are supported once per academic year in cash. In case students study at multiple training institutions or training programs at the same time, they will only enjoy the policy at one institution or one training program chosen by the student.

The duration of support is based on the actual study time of the course but not more than 10 months/1 school year; not more than 20 months/1 course of vocational secondary school or intermediate level training program; not more than 30 months/1 course of college level training program; not more than 50 months/1 course of university level training program.

Students studying training programs using the module and credit accumulation method will receive funding based on the converted training time, but not exceeding the training time of the industry, profession, and equivalent training level according to the year system.

In case a student drops out of school or is disciplined and forced to leave school in any school year, he/she will not be supported with tuition fees for that school year; in case a student in the final year does not participate in the graduation exam or is not recognized as a graduate, he/she will not be supported with tuition fees for that school year.

In case students have not received tuition support funds within the prescribed time limit, they will be paid in arrears in the next payment. In particular, support funds for beneficiaries from August 1, 2030 to December 31, 2030 will be paid in 2031.

Students residing in Bac Ninh province who meet the conditions are supported with 100% of the actual tuition fee, not exceeding the maximum support level for each school year. Specifically, at the university level, in the 2025-2026 school year, a student will receive a support level of 1,850,000 VND/month; in the 2026-2027 school year, the support level is 2,090,000 VND/month; in the 2027-2028 school year, the support level is 2,240,000 VND/month; in the 2028-2029 school year, the support level is 2,400,000 VND/month; in the 2029-2030 school year, the support level is 2,570,000 VND/month.

For college and intermediate level, in the 2025-2026 school year, a student will receive a support level of VND 2,040,000/month; in the 2026-2027 school year, the support level is VND 2,400,000/month; in the 2027-2028 school year, the support level is VND 2,570,000/month; in the 2028-2029 school year, the support level is VND 2,750,000/month; in the 2029-2030 school year, the support level is VND 2,940,000/month.
