The Central Policy and Strategy Committee launched a patriotic emulation movement for the 2025-2030 period.

On the afternoon of October 27, in Hanoi, the Central Policy and Strategy Committee organized the Patriotic Emulation Congress for the 2025-2030 period.

Attending the Congress were comrade Nguyen Thanh Nghi, member of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Policy and Strategy Committee, Chairman of the Emulation and Reward Council of the agency; leaders of the Committee, departments, units and all cadres, civil servants and employees of the agency.

In recent times, especially in the 2020-2025 period, the Central Policy and Strategy Committee has synchronously and effectively implemented the patriotic emulation movement associated with professional work, making an important contribution to effectively implementing the agency's political tasks. Notably, it has researched and advised the Central Executive Committee, the Politburo, and the Secretariat to issue 23 resolutions, conclusions, and directives on contents related to socio-economic development, contributing to institutionalizing and implementing the Party's major viewpoints and orientations on socio-economic development of the country.

Speaking at the Congress, Comrade Nguyen Thanh Nghi highly appreciated and praised the patriotic emulation movement of the Central Policy and Strategy Committee which is increasingly developing. The emulation movements are implemented practically, closely following practical requirements, creating an exciting and united atmosphere, arousing the sense of responsibility and the will to strive to improve of cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers. Collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in work are recognized and commended; through emulation work, they have made important contributions to the successful completion of the agency's tasks in each year and the whole period.

To continue promoting the patriotic emulation movement in the new period, he requested all cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers of the Board to combine emulation with innovation in thinking, improving the quality and efficiency of assigned work. The development of a plan to implement the emulation movement and evaluate the emulation must clearly define each group of work fields corresponding to each specific group of cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers. Units should strengthen the inspection and supervision of the implementation of emulation contents committed at the annual conference of cadres and civil servants; proactively detect and introduce individuals with outstanding achievements and typical proposals for commendation, in order to promptly encourage and expand the emulation movement throughout the Board.

In addition to the emulation movement to carry out professional work, each unit and individual must focus on, actively respond to and carry out other emulation movements such as: implementing office culture, innovation and digital transformation, building a learning society... thereby contributing to bringing the emulation work into a deeper and more comprehensive way. He expressed his belief that the emulation-reward work and the patriotic emulation movement of the Central Policy and Strategy Committee in the period of 2025-2030 will have many positive changes, becoming a driving force for the organization to perform well the functions and tasks of the Committee in the new context, with higher requirements.

To continue promoting the achieved results and contribute to improving the capacity and effectiveness of advising the Central Committee on socio -economic development policies and guidelines, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new period, at the Congress, comrade Thai Thanh Quy, member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Central Policy and Strategy Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the agency launched the emulation movement for the period 2025-2030 with the theme "Solidarity - Democracy - Responsibility - Innovation - Development".

The content focuses on maximizing capacity, intelligence, determination to innovate and create, excellently completing the program, work plan and all assigned political tasks. The staff constantly trains, strives, improves political capacity, moral qualities and lifestyle, strictly fulfills the responsibility of setting an example, especially for leaders and managers; resolutely fights and prevents degradation in political ideology, morality, lifestyle, against "self-evolution", "self-transformation"... At the same time, the emulation results must be demonstrated through specific works, products, and tasks that are meaningful and bring practical value and practical effectiveness.
