Promulgating the operating regulations of the OCOP product evaluation and classification Council

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee has just signed a decision promulgating the operating regulations of the OCOP Product Evaluation and Classification Council of Ca Mau province.

The new operating regulations of the Provincial OCOP Product Evaluation and Classification Council will be implemented from November 30, 2025.

This Regulation regulates the activities of the Council for Evaluation and Classification of OCOP products of Ca Mau province (Council), the Council's Advisory Group (Advisory Group) and the Council's Standing Body; regulates the powers and responsibilities of the Chairman, members of the Council, the Advisory Group and the Council's Standing Body.

Regarding the principles of operation, the Council operates according to the principles of centralization, democracy, objectivity, publicity and transparency; the work of evaluating and classifying provincial-level OCOP products is carried out according to the regulations of the Prime Minister in Decision No. 148/QD-TTg dated February 24, 2023 and Decision No. 1489/QD-TTg dated July 6, 2025.

The newly issued Decision takes effect from November 30, 2025, replacing Decision No. 1060/QD-UBND dated June 15, 2023 of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ca Mau province (old) on promulgating the operating regulations of the OCOP product evaluation and classification council of Ca Mau province; Decision No. 455/QD-UBND dated March 12, 2024 of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ca Mau province (old) on adjusting and supplementing a number of articles of the operating regulations of the OCOP product evaluation and classification council of Ca Mau province and Decision No. 01/QD-HDOCOP dated May 11, 2023 of the Chairman of the Product Evaluation and Classification Council of the One Commune One Product Program of Bac Lieu province (old) on promulgating the regulations on evaluating and classifying products of the One Commune One Product Program (OCOP) of Bac Lieu province.
