Cong Ly Newspaper cooperates to organize the inauguration of a rural traffic bridge in Ben Tre province

(CLO) On February 22, at Thanh B Hamlet, Tan Phong Commune People's Committee (Thanh Phu District, Ben Tre Province), Cong Ly Newspaper in collaboration with Nam A Commercial Joint Stock Bank organized the inauguration ceremony of rural traffic bridge of People's Self-Management Group No. 21.

Construction of People's Self-Managed Bridge No. 21, Thanh B Hamlet started on December 19, 2024 and was completed and put into use on January 20, 2025.

The bridge is 26m long, 3.3m wide, and has a reinforced concrete structure ensuring long-term use. The total construction cost is 300,000,000 VND.

Of which, Nam A Commercial Joint Stock Bank supported 200,000,000 VND, Cong Ly Newspaper supported 100,000,000 VND and people in the area contributed 22 working days.

The completion of the construction of the bridge of the self-governing people's group No. 21, Thanh B hamlet and its use is a great joy for the people of Thanh B hamlet, Tan Phong commune, helping the traffic of the people and students to be convenient and safe. And this is also a condition contributing to Tan Phong commune completing the traffic infrastructure to build up to the standards of a type V urban area.
