Storm No. 7 has lost its intensity after suddenly increasing to level 14-15, gusting above level 17 in the East Sea.

The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting said that at 4:00 a.m. on November 10, the center of storm No. 7 (storm Yinxing) was located in the northwest sea of ​​the North East Sea, about 335 km northeast of the Hoang Sa archipelago. The strongest wind near the center of the storm was level 14 (150-166 km/h), gusting to level 17. The storm moved westward at a speed of about 5 km/h.

In the next 24 hours, storm No. 7 in the northwest sea of ​​the North East Sea, about 145km north of Hoang Sa archipelago, will change direction to the southwest, moving 5-10km per hour, weakening. The strongest wind near the storm center is level 10, gusting to level 13.

The sea area from Khanh Hoa to Ba Ria-Vung Tau has strong winds of level 5 during the day, sometimes level 6, gusts of level 7, rough seas, and gradually decreasing winds at night.

The Northwestern part of the East Sea (including the Hoang Sa archipelago) will have storms and rains, the sea area from Binh Thuan to Ca Mau, Ca Mau to Kien Giang and the Gulf of Thailand will have scattered showers and thunderstorms. During thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes and strong gusts of wind of level 7-8.

On the day and night of November 11, the western sea area of ​​the North East Sea (including the sea area of ​​Hoang Sa archipelago) will have strong winds of level 6-8, near the eye of the storm will have strong winds of level 9-11, gusts of level 14, rough seas, waves 3-5m high, near the eye of the storm will have 5-7m. In the east, strong northeast winds of level 6-7, gusts of level 8-9, rough seas, waves 3-5m high.

The sea area from Quang Tri to Quang Ngai has strong winds of level 6, sometimes level 7, the area near the storm's eye has strong winds of level 8, gusts of level 10, rough seas, waves 2-4m high, the area near the storm's eye has waves of 3-5m.
