The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting said that at 4:00 a.m. on November 10, the center of storm No. 7 (storm Yinxing) was located in the northwest sea of ​​the North East Sea, about 335 km northeast of the Hoang Sa archipelago. The strongest wind near the center of the storm was level 14 (150-166 km/h), gusting to level 17. The storm moved westward at a speed of about 5 km/h.

In the next 24 hours, storm No. 7 in the northwest sea of ​​the North East Sea, about 145km north of Hoang Sa archipelago, will change direction to the southwest, moving 5-10km per hour, weakening. The strongest wind near the storm center is level 10, gusting to level 13.

The Northwestern part of the East Sea (including the Hoang Sa archipelago) will have storms and rains, the sea area from Binh Thuan to Ca Mau, Ca Mau to Kien Giang and the Gulf of Thailand will have scattered showers and thunderstorms.
