Despite the danger, many children still play in the waves before the storm hits.

While the Cua Lo ward authorities and many households are urgently responding to the upcoming storm No. 5, records on the afternoon of August 24 at Cua Lo beach show that many visitors are still calmly letting their children play in the waves.

According to the local government, there has been a ban on swimming and boats going out to sea; rescue teams are on duty 24/7, and additional officers in charge of tourism security are added to control people swimming and prevent boats from going squid fishing. Along the 10km stretch from Vinpearl to Cua Lo Port, every kilometer there are 2 teams on duty, determined to ensure absolute safety for residents and tourists.

However, images of people being subjective and ignoring warnings still appeared in Cua Lo late afternoon on August 24.
