In his speech, Mr. Tran The Thuan also happily announced the success of the First City Party Congress.

The Party Secretary emphasized that culture and art are the spiritual foundation of society and need to be properly invested in. The development of literature and art should pay special attention to the harmony between traditional and modern values, so that the city's culture is both rich in national identity and in line with international trends.

Prioritizing land allocation for public cultural institutions and developing cultural spaces will contribute to creating an urban landscape for Ho Chi Minh City that is commensurate with its role and position as a megacity.

We encourage innovation and the application of technology to help literary works spread widely and promote Vietnamese culture more effectively to international friends.

An emotionally rich art program

The closing ceremony's cultural program was youthful, dynamic, and emotionally engaging, blending tradition and modernity harmoniously.

In particular, the images of artists from Ho Chi Minh City and Ba Ria - Vung Tau, along with songs about Binh Duong, create a heartwarming feeling about the new shared home of Ho Chi Minh City after the merger.

That image shows the unity in building the city's literary and artistic scene in a new phase, promising many remarkable advancements to best serve the public's artistic appreciation needs.

The Nghe An Provincial Traditional Arts Center brought a very unique and heartfelt flavor to the program, reflecting the spirit of Nghe An with a series of performances including "Searching for the Folk Song," "I Love You So Much," "Nghe An in My Heart," and "Nghe An Reaching Out to the Sea ."
