In line with the Party and State's policies , the Ha Tinh Social Insurance agency has identified digital transformation as a key task. The agency has made breakthroughs in many areas. This has helped the Ha Tinh Social Insurance agency successfully fulfill its assigned political tasks, thereby creating a new "process" that is quick, transparent, and centered on serving the people and businesses.

One of the most notable achievements is the synchronization of data on participants in social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance with the National Population Database. As of August 2025, the province had over 1.16 million people verified, reaching a rate of 99.98%, placing it among the top provinces nationwide. Simultaneously, 100% of administrative procedures under its jurisdiction have been digitized and data is connected and shared to facilitate the processing of applications for citizens and businesses.

Cashless payments are also a highlight, with the Ha Tinh Social Insurance agency surpassing the overall target of the entire sector. To date, over 99.7% of pensions and 100% of one-time social insurance benefits have been transferred to individual accounts. Previously, people had to go in person to receive their money, but now, with just a notification message from the bank, their benefits arrive quickly, safely, and conveniently.

Paying pensions through cashless methods is also a highlight, as the Social Insurance agency of Ha Tinh province has quickly surpassed the overall target of the entire sector.

Since the beginning of 2025, an "AI virtual assistant" application has been integrated, allowing for answers to all questions about social insurance and health insurance policies within just 15 seconds. This system automatically updates new documents every 5 seconds when changes occur, becoming a "24/7 online officer," accompanying citizens and businesses anytime, anywhere.

Mr. Nguyen Van Dong further shared: "AI will not replace humans, but it will help reduce the pressure on officials, especially in the context of increasingly streamlined staffing, frequently changing regulations and policies, and an increasing number of applications and requests for advice and answers from citizens and businesses."
