(Baohatinh.vn) - Ha Tinh Social Insurance has taken strong pioneering steps in digital transformation, creating the image of a modern, professional unit, aiming at the satisfaction of people and businesses.

Implementing the Party and State's policies , in recent times, Ha Tinh Social Insurance has identified digital transformation as a key task. The unit has made breakthroughs in many areas. This has helped Ha Tinh Social Insurance successfully complete its assigned political tasks, thereby creating a new "process": quick, transparent, with people and businesses as the center of service.

One of the most prominent milestones is the synchronization of data on social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance participants with the National Population Database. As of August 2025, the whole province had more than 1.16 million people authenticated, reaching a rate of 99.98%, among the top in the country. At the same time, 100% of administrative procedures under its authority were digitized and connected, sharing data to serve the processing of records for people and businesses.

Payment via non-cash method is also a bright spot when Ha Tinh Social Insurance soon surpassed the general target of the whole industry. Up to now, more than 99.7% of pensions and 100% of one-time social insurance benefits have been transferred to personal accounts. If in the past, people had to go to the place to receive money, now, with just a notification message from the bank, the regime has reached them quickly, safely and conveniently.

In particular, in 2023, the solution to remove obstacles in synchronizing data with the national population database has contributed to speeding up progress and avoiding information errors for tens of thousands of cases. In 2024, the initiative to promote payment through non-cash payments continues to be highly appreciated, helping Ha Tinh become a bright spot in the implementation of Project 06 of the Government .

Not stopping at digitizing processes, Ha Tinh has also pioneered in bringing artificial intelligence to serve the people. Since the beginning of 2025, the "AI virtual assistant" application has been integrated, allowing to answer all questions about social insurance and health insurance policies within just 15 seconds. This system automatically updates new documents after 5 seconds when there is a change, becoming a "24/7 online officer", accompanying people and businesses anytime, anywhere.

Mr. Nguyen Van Dong added: "AI does not replace humans, but helps reduce pressure on officials, especially in the context of increasingly streamlined staff, frequently changing regimes and policies, and increasing number of records and needs for consultation and answering questions from people and businesses."
