The cases covered by insurance include: Ms. NMN, who died from shock due to severe blood loss, uterine rupture, irreversible organ failure, and stillbirth at 36 weeks, with an insurance payout of over 41.6 million VND; Mr. HHL, who suffered an electric shock resulting in complete paralysis of both arms and legs due to permanent, irreversible brain damage, with a payout of nearly 482 million VND; and Mr. NTB, who died from liver cancer, with an insurance payout of over 41.6 million VND. The families of these customers are currently facing very difficult circumstances.
