On April 10th, the Trade Union of Nghi Son Economic Zone and Industrial Parks (KKTNS&CKCN) in Thanh Hoa province held a conference to commend outstanding workers, employees, and laborers for the period 2025-2030.

Comrades Vo Manh Son, Chairman of the Provincial Labor Union; and Bui Tuan Tu, Deputy Head of the Provincial Economic Zone and Industrial Park Management Board, presented Certificates of Commendation from the Provincial Economic Zone and Industrial Park Labor Union to the collectives.

The Trade Union of Thanh Hoa Province's Economic Zones and Industrial Parks currently manages 154 affiliated grassroots trade unions with 88,155 union members. During the 2020-2025 period, the Trade Union of Thanh Hoa Province's Economic Zones and Industrial Parks directed its grassroots trade unions to organize many practical patriotic emulation movements, linked to the actual situation of each unit. The emulation movements have attracted a large number of union members and workers to participate, contributing to increased labor productivity and the successful fulfillment of the political , production, and business tasks of agencies and enterprises. As a result, thousands of technical improvement and production rationalization initiatives have been recognized and applied in production, generating tens of billions of dong in profits. Among them, 25 workers were awarded the Creative Labor Certificate by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor; and 2 individuals received the Nguyen Duc Canh Award...

Chairman of the Provincial Labor Union Vo Manh Son delivered a speech at the conference.

Speaking at the conference, Comrade Vo Manh Son, Provincial Party Committee member and Chairman of the Provincial Federation of Labor, acknowledged and praised the achievements of the workers, employees, and trade unions at all levels in the patriotic emulation movement over the past five years. He also requested that in the coming period, the trade unions in the Economic Zones and Industrial Parks continue to innovate the content and methods of organizing emulation, linking it with production, business tasks, and the social responsibility of enterprises. He urged them to strengthen the dissemination and education of laws, especially policies related to workers; proactively monitor the thoughts, lives, and employment situations of workers to promptly propose practical support solutions; coordinate with employers to improve the working environment and enhance living conditions and welfare for workers; and strengthen training and skill development for grassroots trade union officials, especially in negotiation, dialogue, and labor dispute resolution skills. Continue to further enhance the role of trade unions in representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of workers.

The collectives and individuals were awarded Certificates of Commendation by the Provincial Federation of Labor.

At the conference, 26 exemplary collectives and 56 outstanding individuals were commended and rewarded by the Trade Union of the Southern Economic Zone and Industrial Parks; 8 collectives and 34 individuals received Certificates of Merit from the Provincial Labor Federation, and 8 enterprises were awarded the title of "Cultural Unit" by the Provincial Labor Federation.
