Over the past five years, under the leadership and guidance of the Central Military Commission, the Ministry of National Defense , and the General Political Department of the Vietnam People's Army; and regularly and directly under the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and the command of the Artillery Corps Command, and the Party committees and commanders at all levels; the emulation movement and activities of mass organizations have developed steadily and comprehensively. Activities have been implemented synchronously, with many rich and creative contents and forms, contributing positively to the successful completion of the political tasks of each agency, unit, and school, building clean and strong Party organizations, and building exemplary and outstanding comprehensively strong units.

Through practical activities, the Youth Union, Women's Union, and grassroots trade unions have developed many effective models of emulation and learning from President Ho Chi Minh. In each position they hold, cadres, union members, and association members have demonstrated high levels of enthusiasm and determination to excellently fulfill their assigned tasks. As a result, many exemplary collectives and individuals have emerged in various fields of work.

Acknowledging and commending the achievements and results of mass organizations in various fields of work, Colonel Le Duc Hoe, in his directive speech at the commendation ceremony, emphasized that to further improve the quality of activities and emulation movements of mass organizations in the coming time, leaders and commanders at all levels must fully recognize the work of the Youth Union, youth movements, and women's work as an integral part of Party and political work; Party committees and commanders must pay close attention to leadership and guidance, creating favorable conditions for mass organizations to operate.

Regarding the Youth Union and Women's Association, Colonel Le Duc Hoe requested that they actively innovate the content and form of their activities; direct their activities towards caring for the material and spiritual lives of their members; and promote and effectively implement their emulation movements in conjunction with the "Determined to Win" Emulation Movement and the study and emulation of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style.

Strengthening the application of science and technology in the implementation and organization of activities of the Youth Union and Women's Union; promoting the "Digital Literacy Movement" among cadres, union members, and association members; fostering the dynamic, creative, and proactive role of cadres at all levels; building a team of cadres, union members, and association members with strong political convictions, good moral character, solid professional skills, and creative thinking, capable of successfully and excellently fulfilling their duties and responsibilities in the new situation.

On this occasion, the Party Committee of the Artillery Corps Command commended 7 exemplary collectives and 42 outstanding individuals in mass organizations for the period 2020-2025.
